Good luck smiled for an Ontario couple not only once but twice in a day. Anthony and Antonietta Marrocco, from Caledon, won a $13,000 jackpot playing slots at the Casino Rama in Orillia, Ontario on Saturday night. Only one hour later, they found out they were also one of the winners of the $37 million Lotto 6/49 top prize.

The couple, which owns a construction company, won a total of $18.5 million in one night. Antonietta said she had predicted their good luck would continue. “After winning at the casino, I told my husband that we would win the lottery too,” she said. An hour later, lottery numbers were drawn and the Marroccos were celebrating.

The lucky spouses will use the money to pay off some debts, take care of their four children and three grandchildren and maybe take a holiday, something they’ve been planning for a long time but was not possible until now. They said they would continue working in spite of their recently acquired wealth.
