Bally signs contract with Mexican Pringsa

Bally Technologies, one of the main gaming machines providers, has signed an agreement with Mexican casino operator Pringsa Corp. Through the contract, Bally will become the exclusive equipment provider for Pringsa’s 36 venues, located across the country.

"This agreement paves the way for Bally to further expand its games and systems presence in one of the industry's leading growth markets,” Bally Chief Executive Richard M. Haddrill commented. Besides slot machines, Bally will also provide Pringsa with its casino management system.

The terms of the contract give Bally Technologies the potential opportunity to install more than 2,000 Alpha Elite video and mechanical-reel machines in two years. Also, all the information provided by the company, including system training and reports, will be in Spanish.

Pringsa is a Mexican casino operator owned by a Mexican private investment group and CIRSA, a Spanish company that owns 22 traditional casinos, 100 arcades, 73 electronic casinos, almost 100 bingo halls and more than 85,000 slot machines.
